What is hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy, also referred to as guided hypnosis, is a form of psychotherapy that uses relaxation, extreme concentration, and intense attention to achieve a heightened state of consciousness or mindfulness. In other words it places the individual into a "trance" or altered state of awarness.

Life changing experience

Why I added hypnotherapy to my website and the impact it has on my own life?

I wouldn't dare create this website without the confidence I gained during hypnotherapy sessions, thanks to Debbie!

I am who I am today thanks to dancing! It helped me move through my flight or freeze mode and transform my state into something filled with beautiful fantasy, vision, and imagination. That helped me grew into a beautiful and strong bright woman from an unconfident and confused girl.

Through dancing I met the love of my life, it healed and soothed me as I mourn the loss of my miracle, baby girl, and ignite dreams and hope in me again.

When my son Gabriel and daughter Abigail were born, I choose for embracing and cuddling instead of ambition, yet I kept dancing, we all dance all the time. My both kids love dancing, without me persuading them. They discover life knowing they just are life and they are awesome! It brings profoundly amazing results: they are happy, vibrant, healthy, and curious children.

Me - I was split, one part of me was happy, joyful, alive, vibrant, embraced by my family, completely feeling ecstatic, and just being in the moment. Another part of me felt extremely guilty about being in that state, so I punished myself by scratching my skin in wounds or the unresolved pain expressed as unconstructive behavior.

I felt trapped. I was living fulfilled life, yet I was entangled with old pain.

That's when I reached out to Debbie, she is very compassionate and her goal is just to help people to be released from any mental prison they might be trapped in.

Hypnotherapy with Debbie just helped me access my inner truth instead of all the "fake stories" my mind made up to protect me, and yet it was quite persistent. It's understandable, but I didn't give up this time on myself. I even started writing to clear my mind and that became a whole book, that's when I surrendered. I discovered that I had already found myself and that I had everything within myself to thrive. Maybe it's enough to live a well-lived life;)
